"Grant was absolutely phenomenal. When I had initially gotten the phone call about insurance admittedly I was not in a great mood. I had 3 other insurance companies blowing up my phone and I felt very confrontational; but Grant is an excellent salesman, so that mood ended REAL quick. He talked to me like a person, not just another sale, and seemed genuinely interested in my life and having a conversation. It felt personal, not technical like I was expecting. Absolutely amazing experience"
